  • March 29, 2021: Call for abstracts opens
  • April 16  April 23, 2021: Abstract submission deadline  
  • Week of May 10, 2021: Speaker notification
  • June 11, 2021: SIDEM selected by NIST to facilitate the logistics and technical components of LTD19
  • July 6, 2021: Presentation submission deadline for oral and poster presenters in the first week of the workshop (July 19-23)
  • July 12, 2021: Presentation submission deadline for oral and poster presenters in the second week of the workshop (July 26-29).
  • November 1, 2021: The deadline for manuscript submission (see conference proceedings page for details) 

**Please do not miss these submission deadlines.  It will cause significant inconvenience and could affect the availability of your presentation.**

  • Week of July 5:  SIDEM will provide a schedule of technical rehearsals to all presenters.
    • If speakers are unable to attend their scheduled technical rehearsal, they should eventsupport [at] LTD19Workshop.com (contact SIDEM) at EventSupport [at] LTD19Workshop.com (EventSupport[at]LTD19Workshop[dot]com) to discuss how to best prepare for the workshop.
  • Week of July 12: Instructions for presenters.
    • SIDEM will provide instructions to all presenters for accessing the Workshop environment and the live sessions as a presenter.
  • Week of July 12: Technical rehearsal for speakers.
    • SIDEM will host technical rehearsals the week of July 12-16 to familiarize speakers with the event environment, answer questions, and walk through the run of show for the relevant session.
  • July 19-22, 2021: 1st week of conference
  • July 26-29, 2021: 2nd week of conference
