Learning Objectives:

UNDERSTAND the basic requirements of the UPLR under the Handbook 130.
IDENTIFY and EXPLAIN how the UPLR is applied to everyday packaging of consumer and non-consumer commodities.
REVIEW the appropriate method of sale for various products.
