Clemson University
Clemson University serves as the manager of the project and liaison with the funder and two designated collaborators: NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology), and ITIF (Information Technology and Innovation Foundation). Clemson also conducts research on accessible voting technologies by continuing Dr. Juan Gilbert's Prime III project as a part of the RAAV Applied Research team. Prime III is a universally designed proof of concept developed to allow universal access for people to vote by physical input such as touch or voice interchangeably. Its goal is enabling everyone to vote privately and independently on the same machine as those that do not have a disability.

Carnegie Mellon University – Silicon Valley
Dr. Ted Selker's research team at Carnegie Mellon University, Silicon Valley Campus, is furthering their disability-focused work on ballot alternatives and support, develop training tools to support voting administrators in setting up and preparing voting places for people with disabilities, and assist other projects within RAAV. There work includes the development of the Low Error Voting Interface (LEVI), audio ballot enhancement, voting magnifiers, and computerized spatial evaluation demonstration software to help voting officials anticipate and plan around physical and sensory difficulties that will affect voters and especially voters with disabilities.

Association of Assistive Technology Act Programs (ATAP)
ATAP represents State Assistive Technology (AT) Programs funded under the Assistive Technology Act of 2004 (PL 108-364). This network of federally funded State AT Programs exists in every state, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico along with four territories. The mission of State AT Programs is to increase access to and acquisition of assistive technology for individuals with all types of disabilities of all ages.

Paraquad, Inc.
Paraquad is working on teaching the people in charge of elections. Poll workers need to know set up accessible voting equipment. They also need to know how to help people use the equipment. Besides working on machines, we will teach people about the different ways that someone can vote on Election Day. Finally, we will teach election workers how to be respectful to all voters on Election Day.

Tennessee Disability Coalition
The Tennessee Disability Coalition ("The Coalition") promotes the full and equal participation of men, women, and children with disabilities in all aspects of life. The Coalition is the only statewide disability network organization concerned with all disabilities, all age groups, and all disability issues. It is an alliance of 47 member organizations advocating for public policy that ensures self -determination, independence, empowerment, integration, and inclusion of individuals with disabilities in all aspects of society.

Election Center
The Election Center is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. It is the principal focus for the U.S. Congress, Federal agencies, and state governments related to the elections and voter registration issues. In 1997, Executive Director Doug Lewis established the National Task Force on Voting Accessibility with the elections community and the disability community working together on voting accessibility issues.

Election Data Services
Election Data Services Inc. is a consulting firm that specializes in redistricting, election administration, and the analysis and presentation of census and political data. Over the past 34 years, Election Data Services has monitored developments in election administration and conducted a wide variety of studies for federal and state governments. They have provided strategic assistance for voting equipment purchases, and conducts studies on voting equipment and voter registration systems. These have included feasibility studies, needs assessments, and systems requirements analyses for election organizations to develop or acquire new voting equipment or voter registration systems.
