Janelle Johnson is the director of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity Office. She has 25 years of experience bringing innovative approaches to organizational and cultural change across the private, federal and local government sectors.
In her most recent position with the Department of Labor, Janelle designed, developed and led the DEIA strategy in response to Executive Order 14035, the government-wide initiative to promote diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
