Sarah Burlingame brings 20+ years of experience in quality systems, continuous improvement and workforce engagement to TDO clients. She has a strong passion for workplace organization and efficiencies and believes in utilizing employee engagement and knowledge to reach and surpass any set goals. Her motivational techniques and ability to coach others are highly effective at driving cultural evolution in a workplace. Sarah has led many continuous improvement (CI) initiatives over the years and offers an enthusiastic approach to improving a business through the inclusion and education of all employees in a workplace.
Pravina Raghavan serves as the director of the Hollings Manufacturing Extension Partnership (MEP) Program at NIST. She has more than 20 years of experience providing advisory services to businesses in the startup, growth, expansion and maturity phases of development. Ms. Raghavan has an M.B.A. in finance from Seton Hall University and a B.S. in finance from the Pennsylvania State University.
Sue Via is a senior project manager at TechSolve, part of Ohio MEP and the MEP National Network. She has more than 40 years of experience in continuous improvement and lean methodology as an engineer and manufacturing consultant. She leads development and implementation of lean client journeys and skills training.
Katherine Schroeder is an IT specialist at the National Institute for Standards and Technology. Her portfolio includes risk analytics, measurement, and metrics. She also serves as co-chair for the Federal Cybersecurity and Privacy Professionals Forum. Katherine was an NSF CyberCorps Scholarship for Service fellow and came to computer security after a career in theater, opera, and live music production.
Nathan previously managed the IT and Cybersecurity Practice for Genedge, the MEP Center in Virginia. His duties included understanding market and client needs, developing new service offerings, and refreshing existing services to align with those needs addressing business risks in an increasing threat environment to Virginia’s industries.
