Distributor Agreements
The Standard Reference Data Program at NIST provides Distributor agreements to companies who wish to provide other organizations, clients, or customers copies of SRD databases for individual use.
For such distribution rights, Distributor will pay NIST fees as set forth in a signed distributor agreement. Such fees are subject to change and the Distributor must provide NIST a report of copies distributed with monies for each copy at least twice a year. Additionally, prepayment may be required.
