Abstract
This report summarizes a workshop held on August 15, 1996, which provided an opportunity to U.S. industry in distributed and virtual manufacturing technologies to review and provide a critique of the Nanomanufacturing of Atom-Based Dimensional Standards Project. The information gained from the workshop will be incorporated into developmental project plans.Citation
