Abstract

We present an approach for characterizing transistors embedded in microstrip lines formed on a thin bisbenzocyclobutene-based (BCB) monomers film at sub-millimeter-wave frequencies. We demonstrate the approach to 750 GHz and estimate the uncertainty of the procedure.
