Abstract

Technical activities of the Polymers Division, 854, for the 1999 fiscal year are described. The report is organized by programs: Electronic Packaging, Interconnection and Assembly; Polymer Blends and Processing; Polymer Composites; Polymer Characterization; and Dental and Medical Materials. The objectives, technical description, accomplishments, and outputs of each project included in the program are given.
