Abstract
MitoMorphy uses a number of publicly available human mitochondrial DNA sequences from different ethnic groups to compare and annotate the associated polymorphic data. It provides an integrated display of mitochondrial DNA sequence comparison, sequence variation, and annotation for 695 different mitochondrial DNA sequences from many different ethnic groups around the world.
