Abstract

The dataset contains several MATLAB files and input files for the software package JCMsuite that enable the modeling of optical imaging of finite multi-line arrays. (Certain commercial materials are identified in order to specify the experimental procedure adequately. Such identification is not intended to imply recommendation or endorsement by the National Institute of Standards and Technology, nor is it intended to imply that the materials are necessarily the best available for the purpose.)
