Abstract
In machining discrete parts, Material Removal Shape Element Volumes (MRSEVs) may be used to convey shape information from process planning to NC-programming. This paper discusses sixteen issues regarding MRSEVs and presents, in summary form, a proposed library of MRSEVs for 3-axis machining.Citation
