Abstract
Diagnostically important peaks in the mass spectra of 1-ethyl-1-cyclopentyl, 1-methyl- and 1-ethyl- 1-cyclohexyl, and 1-(2-chloroethyl)-1-silacyclohexyl derivatives of alkanols and alkanoic acids are investigated. The fragmentation mechanisms are determined with the application of Deuterion labeled analogs. Analytical application of these derivatives is presented.
