David Webb (Fed)

David Webb is an engineer in the Applied Economics Office. He joined NIST as an intern in the Pathways Program in 2015 while pursuing his Ph.D. in Reliability Engineering at the University of Maryland, College Park. His formal education is in civil and reliability engineering fields. Mr. Webb's current work is focused on: (1) The development of statistical models of the Net-Zero Energy Residential Test facility(NZERTF); and (2) data analysis on the output from whole building energy simulations. Other research area include topic related to community disaster resilience.
