Stoyan Jeliazkov (Fed)
Equipment Technician
Stoyan Jeliazkov is an Equipment Technician in the NanoFab Operations Group. Stoyan received a B.S. in Microelectronics Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology. Prior to joining NIST, he held process engineering positions at Micron Technology and GeneSiC Semiconductor gaining experience in most areas of semiconductor fabrication technology. He is currently responsible for equipment and process maintenance.
