My work currently focuses on using state of the art immunological techniques to develop methods, protocols and reference materials to advance applications in the following areas:   

  • Immunotherapy and T cell immunology
  • Viral vector characterizations for cell therapy and gene therapy
  • Biomarkers and precision medicine
  • Quantitative flow cytometric measurements
  • Polychromatic flow cytometry standardization
  • Flow cytometry data harmonization
  • Equivalent number of reference fluorophores (ERF) assignments
  • High-throughput screening and automation
