Jerome Mulloor (Fed)

Physical Science Technician

Jerome is a physical science technician involved in a variety of analytical and forensic chemistry projects. His main area of expertise is development of gas chromatography (GC) methods using mass spectrometry (MS) detection to support and enhance forensic chemistry analyses. He is also knowledgeable in liquid chromatography (LC) methods for characterizing natural products. He is well-versed in solid phase microextraction (SPME), volatile organic compound (VOC) analysis, headspace sampling, and liquid extraction. In addition, he performs quantitative NMR (qNMR) purity assessments of neat organic materials to characterize new and existing Standard Reference Materials (SRMs).
