Aaron Urbas, Ph.D. (Fed)

Research Chemist

Aaron Urbas is a research chemist in the Chemical Sciences Division at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. He received his PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Kentucky and has been at NIST since 2007. He is currently involved in the development of applications and reference materials for vibrational and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopies and his efforts have been in a diversity of areas including forensics, metabolomics, foods and polymer analysis.
