This report summarizes the FY1999 technical activities of TechnologyServices, National Institute of Standards and Technology. These activitiesare in the areas of standards services, including coordination of nationaland international standards-related activities such as laboratoryaccreditation and conformity assessment; measurement services, includingcalibration services, Standard Reference Materials (SRMs), standardreference data, and weights and measures; technology partnerships,including Cooperative Research and Development Agreements (CRADAs),invention disclosures, and patents; information services; and promotion ofU.S. industry and Federal agency use of the metric system.Citation
