Abstract
This document provides a template for the modified version of Software engineering Software product Quality Requirements and Evaluation(SQuaRE) Common Industry Format (CIF) for usability test reports (ISO/IEC 25062:2006(E)), the Common Industry Format (CIF) usability test report. This version of the CIF has been customized for use in usability testing of Electronic Health Records (EHRs). The intention of the CIF is to help vendors demonstrate evidence of usability in their final product in a format that allows both independent evaluation of a single product and comparison across multiple products.
