The Communicator Awards recognize excellence, effectiveness, and innovation across all areas of communication. 

The Communicator Awards are sanctioned and reviewed by the Academy of Interactive and Visual Arts (AIVA), an invitation-only body consisting of top-tier professionals from acclaimed brand and media, interactive, advertising, and marketing firms.

The How Do You Measure It? website received a Communicator Award of Distinction in the General-Science and Technology category and the General-Government category.

The Award of Distinction is presented to projects that exceed industry standards in quality and achievement.

The site is a fun look at how we measure a variety of topics, from the depth of the ocean to the nutrients in your cereal to the thrust of a rocket. The site provides answers to questions that will help the public better understand how our modern world works — and why good measurements play an important role in their life.
