Author(s)

Rich Elliott, Vladimir Diky

Abstract

Methods are presented in this chapter to estimate the volumetric, enthalpic, and entropic properties and their derivatives for mixtures of gases and liquids as a function of temperature, pressure, and composition as expressed in mole, mass, or volume fractions. Formulas are also presented for computing the fugacity coefficients of several commonly used equations of state (EOSs).
