Vincent Hackley Honored by ASTM
The award was presented by the E56 Chairwoman, Debbie Kaiser (NIST Office of Data and Informatics), in Houston, Texas on November 4, 2019 at the ASTM committee meeting. Dr. Hackley currently participates in E56 as chair for the subcommittee on Liaison and International Cooperation (5), co-chair for the subcommittee on Physical and Chemical Characterization, and as the lead/subject matter expert/contributor on numerous documentary standards, particularly test methods.
