AWARD CITATION

Mr. Ragland is recognized for his efforts to help MML's Chemical Sciences Division (CSD) staff streamline their data-processing workflow. Over the past few years, he has developed different programs to aid in data analysis, sample tracking, data management, and inventorying of environmental samples. Each of the programs he created has saved weeks, if not months, of time for CSD staff. Ragland's expertise in both computer programming and chemical contaminant monitoring represents an unusual combination of skills that has facilitated his efforts to achieve more automated and efficient workflows for environmental measurements.
