Dr. Elmustapha Ouchamch, NICE/NIST Ambassador for Morocco, the Arab World, and Africa, to be Featured at ETSI Security Conference 2025 Dr. Elmustapha Ouchamch, NICE/NIST Ambassador for Morocco, the Arab World, and Africa, and Chapter Chair of IEEE Morocco, has been selected by StandICT.eu 2026 to contribute to a report that will be presented at the ETSI Security Conference 2025. His contribution will appear in the official StandICT.eu report entitled: “Expert voices from the field: how to close the cybersecurity standardisation gap.” The report will be presented on Monday, 6 October 2025, during the session “Insights from StandICT.eu on addressing the skills gap in cybersecurity standards.” By being formally credited in this international report, Dr. Ouchamch will bring forward a unique perspective on bridging the cybersecurity skills and standardisation gap. His participation underscores both his personal expertise and the growing role of Morocco—and the broader Arab and African regions—in the global dialogue on cybersecurity standards and digital trust. This milestone also reflects the NICE mission of advancing the cybersecurity workforce and strengthening global collaboration in digital security and standardisation.
