2020 Baldrige Examiner Training Experience (Cancelled)

A Unique Professional Opportunity

The Baldrige Performance Excellence Program is offering a limited number of seats in its 2020 examiner training course for a fee through its Baldrige Examiner Training Experience (BETE)  program. You can learn the same methods and techniques used by examiners without having to serve as an examiner.

The BETE Is a highly interactive training experience in which you will learn how to

  • evaluate an organization's processes,
  • evaluate an organization's results, and
  • write actionable feedback that can help any organization improve.

This is accomplished as you work in groups with experienced and new examiners to evaluate a fictitious organization's responses to the Baldrige Criteria, with the discussions facilitated by experienced Baldrige staff and examiners. This case study approach provides a hands-on, interactive learning opportunity that you don't want to miss.

Baldrige examiner training, including the BETE offering, has been nationally recognized as part of the Baldrige Program’s LEAD Awards, which have ranked its offerings among the very best U.S. and global continuing-education programs in leadership training and employee development.

In 2020, the training is being offered the following weeks at the Baldrige Program's headquarters in Gaithersburg, MD:

  • April 21-24
  • April 28-May1
  • May 5-May 8

You can choose the week that best fits your schedule, but do not delay in registering because seats are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Registration deadlines are March 6, 2020, for international attendees; March 19, 2020, for U.S. domestic attendees.
