Building the NIST AI Risk Management Framework: Workshop #3

With considerable help from stakeholders, NIST is making solid progress in developing the voluntary AI Risk Management Framework. Now, help us take the next step by joining us on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 18-19, 2022, for our third and final virtual workshop in the  Building the NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF) series.

During this capstone workshop, the NIST team will be joined by leading AI experts to explore the community’s feedback to date and discuss next steps for the Framework.

Workshop participants will be encouraged to ask questions about the latest draft of the RMF to be released in August, provide feedback about the forthcoming draft AI RMF Playbook, and continue the discussion in the interactive online forum.

The series has been a part of NIST’s efforts to foster an open, transparent, and collaborative process as it creates a Framework to manage risks to individuals, communities, organizations, and society associated with AI.

Suggested workshop participants include those from government, industry, civil society, and academia with an understanding of AI concepts and risk issues and approaches. Individuals and advocates from impacted communities are also encouraged to attend.

For more information about the Framework, visit the NIST AI RMF website
