Eric Dillinger is the Managing Director for Woolpert’s strategic consulting services offering providing advisory and technology consulting services to Federal, State, Local, and private sector clients that improve operational and asset performance for the built environment. Mr. Dillinger has served on two previous National Academies efforts including Stewardship of Federal Facilities, 1998 and Investments in Federal Facilities; Asset Management Strategies for the 21st Century, 2004. Mr. Dillinger is a noted subject matter expert on facility and asset management ranging from the development of the Strategic Asset Investment Model (Strategic-AIM) to serving as the global convenor for the ISO 267 Technical Committee, Working Group 8 for Performance Management and Measurement.
