Steven Chabinsky is General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer for the cybersecurity technology firm CrowdStrike, which he joined in 2012. Mr. Chabinsky also has served as the cyber columnist for Security magazine since 2013 and as an adjunct faculty member at The George Washington University since 2012. Mr. Chabinsky worked at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) from 1995 to 2012, where he held positions including Deputy Assistant Director of the FBI's Cyber Division and Chief of the FBI's Cyber Intelligence Section. Mr. Chabinsky received a B.A. from Duke University and a J.D. from Duke University Law School.
