Mark Tyra is an isotope geochemist working to produce nuclear forensics reference materials at NIST. He got his Ph.D. from the University of New Mexico using stable and radiogenic isotopes of minerals in meteorites to evaluate the history of water in their parent asteroids. He’s a recent father, enjoys running in the outdoors, and is recently trying out sketchnoting (he likes to draw).
