David Sefcik is a technical expert on uniform laws and regulations in the area of legal metrology with the NIST Office of Weights and Measures. A Maryland native, David graduated from the University of Maryland, College Park. In addition to being the lead trainer on Handbook 130 and Handbook 133, he has taught Sunday School to elementary-age children for more than 20 years.
