Abstract

W98-0170 Withdrawn by Author on 02/02/98: Please withdraw WERB Manuscript W98-0170 from consideration. It was entitled 'Titanic: Anatomy of a Disaster . . .' I am removing myself as coauthor to satisfy the concerns of WERB with the least commitment of time.02/02/98--Per CK and author's division chief, author was encouraged to leave his name on list of coauthors but to indicate that the document is a committee document and not an official communication of NIST. Manuscript to become a noting item.
