Abstract
Fiber sensors, power-related metrology, spectroscopic and frequency metrology, dispersion metrology, last-mile measurement issues, specialty fibers, and systems metrology are some of the measurement issues in this digest of papers presented at the fourteenth Symposium on Optical Fiber Measurements, held September 19-20, 2006, at the laboratories of the National Institute of Standards and Technology in Boulder, CO.
