Abstract
We have made a study of the turn-around time performance for the calibration services offered by the Process Measurements Division. The calibration process was analyzed and an ideal time for completion identified for each service. A retrospective analysis of the actual time for completion provides opportunities to identify process and performance improvements. Examples of these are given.
