Abstract

Modern manufacturing enterprises must collaborate with a large number of suppliers to design and produce their products. Management of these supply chains is crucial. This paper proposes a simulation-based supply chain management system, which supports the implementation of BPR in integrated system environment. The scopes of the BPR are management processes for production and operations within the supply chain. This paper describes the process analysis, models, and simulation methodologies. Further, a supply chain integration methodology will be described.
