Abstract
The presentation is being provided to a delegation (3 people expected) from Chinas National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC). FTCs Office of International Affairs received a request from the NDRC to discuss the U.S. legal framework regarding price marking and deceptive price practices in the United States. FTC requested NIST OWMs participation.
