Abstract
Although nearly a century has passed since the use of multi component refrigerant was first proposed, such refrigerants have achieved only extremely limited application. Further research and development will be needed before widespread use ofnonazeotropic mixture refrigerants will be commercially attractive. This paper summarizes a workshop conducted to identify these research and development needs.
