Abstract

The primary goal of the National Working Group is to develop recommendations (e.g., good weighing practices; new methods of sale of commodities requirements, or amendments to the Uniform Weights and Measures Law) on stored vehicle tare weights to help State and local weights and measures officials to improve the accuracy of commercial weightments made over vehicle tare scales.
