H The LSU (Louisiana State University) Eye Center-Polymer Technology Group-NIST NIH (National Institutes of health) cooperation on intraocular lens reference materials & data is updated. H Helped plan NIH-FDA-NIST workshop on Medical Implant Information, performance, and policies. H Active in planning ASTM workshop on Cleanliness Issues in Medical Devices. H Helping manufacturers and NIST for establishing state-of-the-art cleanliness of medical implants. H NIST's planning on Biomaterials reference database is updated. H The Clemson University data search on the properties of biomaterials is given.
