Abstract

The 95th Annual Meeting of the National Conference on Weights and Measures (NCWM) was held July 11 to 15, 2010, at the Crowne Plaza St. Paul Riverfront, St. Paul, Minnesota. The theme of the meeting was “Breaking Molds to Shape the Future.” Reports by the NCWM Board of Directors, Standing Committees, and Special Purpose Committees constitute the major portion of this publication, along with the addresses delivered by Conference officials and other authorities from government and industry. Special meetings included those of the Scale Manufacturers Association, Meter Manufacturers Association, Gasoline Pump Manufacturers Association, American Petroleum Institute, National Association of State Departments of Agriculture, the Industry Committee on Packaging and Labeling, and Associate Membership Committee.
