Abstract
The Mission Critical Voice measurement methods team has developed a new measurement system for the probability of successful delivery (PSuD) of a message of a given length. This KPI is directly related to the probability of access and retention, and encompasses both of those concepts. In this presentation we will present the definition of PSuD as well as detail the methodology involved in the measurement system.
