Abstract

This presentation covers the latest update on PSCR’s measurement methods for Mission Critical Voice (MCV) Quality of Experience (QoE) Key Performance Indicators (KPI). The importance of Intelligibility and how it is used in the measurement strategy is covered. Results from Mouth-to-ear (M2E) latency and End-to-end Access Times are provided.
