Abstract

A laser-based facility has been developed to provide high-flux, monochromatic, Lambertian radiation over the spectral range from 0.200 um to 18 um. The facility was designed to reduce the uncertainties in a variety of radiometric applications including irradiance and radiance response calibrations. We discuss the operational characteristics of the facility and present results of detector irradiance and radiance response calibrations over the spectral range from 0.406 um to 0.920 um.
