NIST Calibration Services Users Guide: Dimensional Measurements

Abstract

This publication lists all the calibration and special test services available from the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) to characterize dimensional measurement instruments and devices that are metrologically suitable as reference or transfer standards. The first three chapters provide background information for xustomers, and the remaining chapter describes specific measurement services in the broad category of dimensional measurements. This guide provides technical contacts for specific inquires and administrative guidance for requesting services. The SP 250 Appendix (a separate publication) provides fee information.
