Abstract
The NIST Research Library serves over 3,000 Science & Technology customers; provides access to 200,000 items, 1,000 journal subscriptions, 700 databases; performs services using the team approach; hosts NIST Virtual Library (NVL); resides online at
http://nvl.nist.gov. This presentation strives to answer three questions: With virtual library access, (1)How do we continue to be of service? (2)What do our customers really need? (3)How do we increase library value?
