Abstract
In this overview, we describe human computer interaction (HCI) research taking place in the Information Technology Laboratory at the National Institute of Standards and Technology. All of these projects focus on developing tests, evaluation methods, reference data, or proof of concept implementations to accelerate the development and use of HCI and information access technology by industry.
