Abstract
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Information Services Office (ISO) is currently conducting a multi-year project to digitize 24 000 legacy agency publications. These include a large number of scientific technical reports. This paper examines the evolution of the digitization and preservation process utilized by ISO, from its inception to its current workflow and future goals.Citation
