Abstract
We demonstrate interferometric measurements of the relative group delay of a hydrogen cyanide gas cell with group-delay resolution of 0.3 ps at a wavelength resolution of 6 pm. We use simulations and measured data to illustrate the tradeoffs between group-delay resolution and wavelength resolution.
