Abstract
FMI works closely with NIST to help its members understand and meet the legal requirements for packaging as outlined in NIST Handbook 130, "Uniform Laws and Regulations in the Areas of Legal Metrology and Engine Fuel Quality" and NIST Handbook 133, "Checking the Net Contents of Packaged Goods." This presentation will provide a summary of the latest proposed regulations that will directly impact grocers and manufacturers.
