Abstract
Field measurements of the state of polarization in buried and aerial transmission fiber are presented and analyzed. State of polarization changes measured under field conditions are compared to the state of polarization changes generated by commercially available polarization scramblers for the purpose of laboratory evaluation.Proceedings Title
